Last week we got Savannah’s allergy testing done. I had been a wimp and had put it off for MONTHS. She also had a ton of colds in the spring, so it was difficult to fit in between colds, but still – I put it off because it’s not a fun test.
Bad news – we will never be getting a cat or having a cashew tasting party. Good news – she’s not allergic to much. Her tests came back positive for cashews, macademia nuts, mold, cats and dust mites.
Here’s the photo evidence. I took these photos mainly to show S what was happening to her. She was actually quite fascinated once she got over being scratched. The nurse was terrific. We got to watch some Beauty and the Beast and had a blue lollipop afterwards. Then we went for ice cream. I think it’s safe to say that she has forgotten about the ouchies.
